Sales Assistant Northern Colorado

Overview :

Responsible for supporting the on-site sales team by aiding with home showings and light administrative tasks. You must have excellent communication and organizational skills.

Experience in an office environment, retail, or customer service industry is beneficial. This is a great opportunity for you to gain experience in the new home industry.

Essential Duties :

Adhere to the company’s selling philosophy when serving our home buying customers and realtor customers utilizing all selling and organizational tools provided.

This also includes accompanying them through the models, undecorated available homes (which may be at various stages of construction), and / or available homesites.

  • Provide timely and consistent follow-through with current customers. Records must be maintained of all communication.
  • Monitor and record daily customer traffic utilizing company designated tracking tools.
  • Participate in neighborhood promotions and marketing programs.
  • Communicate with the field team for proper maintenance of your sales office and Models and secure daily.
  • Support our Sales team by registering customers as they visit, facilitating meetings, and showing homes.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

Education and Additional Requirements :

  • High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of previous sales or customer service experience.
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, multitask, be flexible, and meet deadlines.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
